Tributes are a wonderful way to honor or remember a loved one,

send good wishes, show appreciation to someone for a kindness or

celebrate a family simcha or milestone event..

 

Proceeds from the sale of Women’s League tributes are used

to provide programs and services that enhance the quality of life of our residents.

 

Tribute cards are available in the following denominations:

 

$5.00 White                      $25.00 Silver

$10.00 Bronze                  $50.00 Gold

$18.00 Chai                      $100.00 Certificate

 

Special Value Package:  Receive $36 worth of tribute cards for only $25. 

The package contains two $10 cards, two $5 cards and three $2 cards

($2.00 “self mailer” tributes are also available)

 

You may purchase tributes at the Home’s Gift Shop or simply complete the form below

and return it to Eve Goldberg at Daughters of Israel. 

Payment may be made by cash, check or major credit card.

Purchases can be shipped directly to your home or office for an additional charge of $3.00*
